Commission

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

All prices are base set and calculated for non-commercial use.

The base price might change, depending on overall demand.

Contact me only through the info I provided for you if you wish to order a commission from me, any other sites you contact me will not be seen and mostly be overlooked.

By filling out the form, make it clear and visible for me to understand your request. No long paragraphs/wall of text.

The products I offer are digital goods.

Prices are in EURO currency.

I do not accept crypto-, exposure, or other goods as currency.

Commissions are paid 100% upfront.

Do not send me any payment before I confirmed your order.

Transactions are made via Paypal through Invoice. If confirmed, I hereby request the buyer's email linked with Paypal for information.

I will notify you of said contact along with a sketch image for changes and approval.

Depending on the type and style of commission, the average delivery time ranges from 1 - 3 weeks.

If by chance an issue comes up that will cause my progress to slow down, I will let you notify as soon as possible.

After finalizing the artwork, you will get a full-resolution image including any optimal additional images of that artwork.

By request, I am allowing minimal changes to the finalized artwork.

I, the artist (22RII) retain the rights of the created artwork which is made for personal use only.

If by terms, the buyer paid the full commercial price, hereby is allowed to use the commissioned work for profit at will.

I, the artist (22RII) am allowed to use the commissioned artwork to promote myself, display, or upload on social/multi-media at will unless, by request, there would be an exception.

The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned artwork to print, promote, or display on any social/multi-media. Credits under my name are not necessary but very appreciated.

Refunds are only available if the buyer didn't receive their commission after sketch approval for three months with no updates or communication.

If any state and reason am I unable to start your commission, a full refund will be provided.

If any state and reason you are canceling your order if I have not started yet, a full refund will be provided.

During the refund process, please do not use Paypal chargeback, it is the artist's responsibility to resolve the issue.

If requested for Paypal chargeback against my rules, all your beforementioned rights to the commission work will be retracted and I will have the full right to profit said work at will. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
